– Training sessions last for 1 hour and include a warm up, main body of work and cool down and stretch.
– Choose the style of training that suits your goals. Choose cardio or strength or go from one to the other over a 2 hour period.
– Track your progress. All individual sessions are trackable, showing your increases in strength and endurance.
– Become a part of a community. The dcpt project is designed to be welcoming. Small team workouts allow you to meet people and form friendships. Large team workouts are designed to get everyone involved in an effort to achieve a common goal.
