9:30-10:15 spartan challenge – complete an obstacle, run to the next
10:45-11:30 gun show – upper body strength, will have you pumped up
12-12:45 cross fit tag team – short high intensity supersets, tag in your partner while you catch your breath
1:15-2 leg day – work your pins today, walk a little funny tomorrow
2:30-3:15 AMRAP ENDURO – body weight cardio, can you get to the end before time runs out?
3:30-4:15 yoga – you’ve worked hard, now stretch and relax
4:30 go home and nap….
